Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of the products are correct. However we cannot guarantee that your computers display of colour will be wholly accurate. 

ORDERING/PAYMENT

When you place an order with SOBU we will be deemed that you are of legal age and have read, understood and agreed to our terms & conditions. Payment for orders will have to be made at the point of sale and not at the point of dispatch. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. We use the secure online gateway Stripe. Stripe has achieved the highest level of compliance under the PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standard. By making a purchase, you specifically authorise to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. For more insight you may also want to read Shopify and Stripe's terms of service and privacy statement. All cardholders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card company or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, SOBU cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or non delivery. Please supply us with a correct telephone number and/or email address so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order. International orders are charged in GPB sterling. The prevailing rate of the day is charged/converted by the respective credit card company used.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to despatch our goods within 2-7 working days from receipt of your order. However it may take longer at busy times of the year. Personalised items can take 7-14 days to be comissioned and despatched. Please let us know if you need the item by a certain date and we will try to expedite your order. Our delivery and packing charges are listed below. A signature may be required upon delivery. If an item is out of stock or exceeds the 14 days to despatch, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery time. On occasions orders may incur additional delivery charges due to weight and size. On these occasions we will contact you directly regarding this.

US & Canada Standard Delivery Charge: £50.00 ( UPS tracked 4-7 day service )

Australia & New Zealand Standard Delivery Charge: £50.00 ( UPS tracked 4-7 day service )

OUR DELIVERY PARTNERS

ROYAL MAIL : For smaller items and our Standard UK delivery we use either Royal Mail Special Delivery which requires a signature. Or Royal Mail tracked service. This delivery service is tracked to your door and if you are not in to take the delivery, Royal Mail should leave a red calling card. The item will be taken to your local depot to be collected in person. Or you can contact Royal Mail directly to arrange re delivery of the item.

UPS: This is a fully tracked service. UPS will attempt delivery three working days in a row to make a successful delivery. After three attempts the item will be delivered back to SOBU. 

PLEASE NOTE: Should your item not be successfully delivered to you and is returned back to SOBU we will ask you to pay an additional delivery charge of £6 (or more, depending on the country the item was delivered to)

CUSTOMS: SOBU is not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients countries. The customer is completely responsible for these charges.

 

RETURNS:

We would like you to be happy with every item you purchase from SOBU, however, we understand that you may like to return an item.

Please email us within 3 working days of receipt of your order to register your return, should the item be faulty or not comply with any of the contract. If the buyer fails to do so the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. It would be helpful if you could include a photo of the faulty item in your email. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY GOODS WITHOUT EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM US. The returned item should be with us within 14 days after your receipt of the delivery. The buyer shall be entitled to a replacement item or full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact deemed defective. Unwanted goods must be returned by the buyer at the buyers expense within 7 days from delivery in unused, original condition and should be well packed and insured for the return journey as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. The buyer will receive a refund for the returned goods (excluding delivery costs)

Please include a note with your name, contact details, order number, and reason for return.

You must obtain proof of postage of your return.

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt. However during busy times this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made. Please bear in mind that your bank requires time to process/refund you which might add an additional 3-4 days. SOBU cannot be made responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for a return to be refunded to your card. ALL orders will be refunded in GBP sterling. We cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequential loss of currency as a result.

Unfortunately WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF PERSONALISED AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS unless they are faulty or damaged.
